Build one focused cycle from assessment and weekly action to 30, 60 and 90-day reviews.
Practical football development systems for players who want to understand their position, organise individual work and turn each match into a clearer next action.

Hi, my name is Owen Hampson and I’ve created this website and training programmes for players like me who are ambitious, determined and want to improve. A little bit about me: I’m 21 years old and have vast experiences among different clubs up and down the football pyramid. I started at Manchester United from the ages of 6-16, where I ultimately got let go. I then joined Sheffield United as a 16 year old moving away from home after leaving school, and went on to make my debut and multiple appearances for the first team. I have already represented Wales at u21s level, and have been on loan to teams such as Boston United and Dunfermline in Scotland. I have now decided to pursue my professional career and go down a different path at Hartlepool United FC, which is the club I play for now. I want to allow players who may not have access to professional ecosystems; involving things such as the extra coaching, extra analysis, extra schedule planning, etc the opportunity to develop an understanding of how professional clubs not only run their clubs, but how they develop their players aswell.
Your programme gives you a way to process feedback, focus extra work and review what happens in competition. It does not promise shortcuts. It helps you make better use of the training time, coaching and match experience you already have.

Yes. They are designed to organise individual development around club sessions, matches and recovery—not replace coached football.
Choose by problem: a position system for role detail, the weekly planner for organisation, the match journal for reflection, the 90-day programme for longer direction, or the bundle for a connected process.
No resource can guarantee performance. These systems give you structure; the quality and consistency of the work still matter.
