1. Who we are
FootyDevelopment is operated by Owen Hampson at Falls Farm, Leemans Lane, Durham, DH6 5LN, England. For data-protection purposes, FootyDevelopment is the controller of personal information it receives directly or through its sales channels.
You can email footydevelopment2026@gmail.com or contact us through the FootyDevelopment Etsy shop. Please do not send payment-card information or sensitive medical information in a message.
2. Information we collect
This website has no account area, contact form or newsletter sign-up. It does not use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, analytics cookies or third-party embeds.
We may receive only the information needed to deal with an enquiry, purchase or legal obligation:
- your name, contact details and the contents of messages you send;
- order details, product purchased, payment status and delivery information supplied by Etsy or Payhip;
- records of refunds, disputes and customer support;
- limited technical and security information processed by our website host when it delivers the site, such as an IP address, request time, page requested and browser information.
FootyDevelopment does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Payment information is handled by the checkout provider and its payment processors.
3. How and why we use information
- Contract: to supply a purchased download, answer order questions and provide customer support.
- Legal obligation: to keep records required for tax, accounting, consumer-protection or regulatory purposes.
- Legitimate interests: to protect the website, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and improve basic customer service, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: only where we specifically ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time.
We do not sell personal information, use it for automated decision-making, or use this website to build advertising profiles.
5. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described above. Order, refund and accounting records may normally be retained for up to six years where needed for tax, contract or legal claims. Routine enquiries are deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed. Hosting and security logs are controlled by the hosting provider and retained according to its settings and policies.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive certain information in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
Your right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop unless there are compelling lawful reasons to continue.
Email us to make a request. We may need enough information to confirm your identity. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
7. Children
The resources may be useful to younger footballers, but this website is not designed to collect children’s personal information. A customer under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to make the purchase and handle any contact with us.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way the website or business handles information changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
