By using the website you agree to these terms. A purchase is also subject to the information and checkout terms shown by Etsy or Payhip before you pay.
2. Orders and the contract
Products are purchased on Etsy or Payhip, not directly on this website. Product descriptions, included files, price, taxes, available payment methods and delivery arrangements are confirmed at checkout. A contract is formed when the checkout provider accepts the order and sends confirmation.
You must provide accurate order information and be legally able to enter the contract. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should make the purchase for you.
3. Digital delivery
No physical item is shipped. Access is normally made available electronically after successful payment. Delivery may be through a download page, account or email controlled by the checkout provider. Contact us through the purchasing platform if access does not arrive or a file does not work.
4. Personal-use licence
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, each purchase gives one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the resource for their own personal football development.
You must not resell, share, upload, reproduce for a team or business, distribute, sublicense, remove branding from, or use the resource to create a competing product. Coaches, clubs or organisations wanting multi-user use should contact us before purchasing.
5. Training and performance
The resources provide general educational structure and ideas. They do not replace qualified coaching, medical care, physiotherapy or an individual assessment. Football and physical training involve risk. Use suitable facilities and equipment, adapt work to your level, follow club or medical guidance and stop if you feel pain or become unwell.
FootyDevelopment does not promise a particular performance improvement, selection, scholarship or professional contract.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Because the products are instant digital content, the normal 14-day cancellation right may end once supply begins if you requested immediate access and acknowledged that consequence. Faulty or misdescribed content remains covered by applicable consumer law. Read the full Refund Policy.
7. Website use
You may browse and share ordinary links to public pages. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that damages service, or use its content unlawfully. We may update, suspend or remove website content, but this does not affect rights attached to an existing purchase.
8. Intellectual property
The FootyDevelopment name, branding, website copy, designs and digital resources are owned by or licensed to FootyDevelopment and protected by intellectual-property law. These terms give only the limited personal-use licence described above.
9. Third-party services
Etsy and Payhip are separate services with their own terms, privacy notices, cookie practices and technical availability. Links are provided for convenience and secure checkout. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content, but this does not remove our responsibilities as seller for a FootyDevelopment product.
10. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to perform any training activity.
11. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms for future website use and future purchases. The version applying to an order is the version presented or linked when that order was placed.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
