1. Instant digital downloads
FootyDevelopment products are digital files, not physical goods. At checkout, you may be asked to request immediate access and acknowledge that once the download begins you lose the normal 14-day right to cancel. Where valid consent and acknowledgement have been given and supply has begun, a change-of-mind cancellation is not normally available.
If supply has not begun and you have not downloaded or accessed the files, you may ask to cancel within 14 days of the contract. The checkout provider’s records and process will apply.
2. Faulty, unavailable or misdescribed content
If a file is faulty, cannot be accessed, is materially different from its description or does not meet the rights that apply to digital content, contact us. We will first try to provide a working file, correct the issue or offer another remedy required by law. Where the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, a price reduction or refund may be appropriate.
A customer’s change in football performance, results or personal circumstances is not by itself evidence that the digital content is faulty. No programme guarantees selection, contracts or performance improvement.
3. How to request help or a refund
Use the order-help or messaging system on the platform where you purchased, or email footydevelopment2026@gmail.com:
Include your order number, the email used for the order and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send payment-card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original checkout method and may take the provider’s normal processing time.
4. Duplicate purchases and access issues
If you accidentally buy the same resource twice, or a genuine technical problem prevents access, contact us promptly. We will review the order history and offer a fair solution. This does not create a general right to return a successfully supplied digital download.
5. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Etsy or Payhip may also apply platform procedures to a transaction. If a platform term conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory right takes priority.
